1- Wet your hair in the shower. Lather a quarter size amount of shampoo in your palms and then work it into your roots. Rinse out.

2- Wring out your hair after washing. Use the amount of conditioner you need and run your fingers through the ends of your hair to spread it evenly. Rinse off with cold water.
