I recently ordered two hair brushes, but unfortunately both arrived fully scratched. I contacted you on WhatsApp and was told both brushes would be exchanged. However, today the courier only exchanged one brush (the mint one).
I followed up again on WhatsApp, but my messages have gone unanswered. This lack of response is very disappointing and reflects poor service.
I kindly request that someone contact me immediately to arrange the exchange of the second brush without further delay.
